Cute but see through at the top

I like the flare and length except it quite see through at the top. I had to cut the white tag inside off because of how see through it is, plus you could also see the label "old navy" through the outside. Overall it is cute but could only wear it with tops that can cover the see through area.

Bought my eight year-old size 10/12 and they fit perfectly. She is slim and tall so finding the right leggings can be hard. Any other store I try to buy her leggings from we have issues with being too short or the waist being too large. This is the only place with leggings that fit her.
