My 14 month old son is on the bigger side and ON can run on the smaller side. If you go by weight, he could wear a 2T-3T and he has a 3T ON t shirt he does wear. I was sad this only went up to 24 months but decided to try it. Despite being large, it just works for him. We could have put him in the toddler version but I like that he matches but isn't identical to big brother.
