Looks nice but I was hoping for an interior clasp to fully open the bag. You have to maneuver around the straps. Not practical so I returned

Once I opened it up the material is really cheap looking, especially the straps. The main reason I'm returning this bag is because the functionality of the long strap on your shoulder sticks out funny, due to the way it is placed making it look awkward hanging the wrong way. I wish it was placed on ...either side and not twisted diagonally. The inside is super cheap looking too. I would have kept it if the long strap was situated better.

This is a really cute, good quality bag. Roomy without being too bulky. Comparable to more expensive designer versions. The faux leather is really soft, doesn't feel cheap and doesn't have an odor like a lot of inexpensive faux leather bags. Old Navy has really upped their bag game!
