These are not PowerChill

These are not the same, the fabric is not as comfortable, material feels cheap. I loved the original and was so excited when I saw they were back but it was just a cheap knockoff. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.

these are very soft and comfy. Good for hanging around the house or going out for a brisk walk. Not see through at all very comparable to Yitty & Fabletics

Power chill leggings are my favourites and they had been discontinued for a while. When I saw they were back bought several pairs as well as the shorts. These are by far the best leggings Old Navy makes. Breathable, comfortable fit and wash well. Good for yoga, hanging around at home and running errands.
