This is a gorgeous skirt, and I hope it's restocked. It has a very stretchy elastic waist, which meant I was able to buy a 2x, as that was all that was in stock, when I tend to fit a 3x in most bottoms, so you can definitely size down. It will also likely fit nicely in your true size , too, as the s...wing of the skirt is very accommodating.
it's light and flowy and I really like it but it's too big, so I have to return it for a smaller size

I went down a size from my usual because that was all that was available and I'm glad I did. It fits perfectly and is so light and comfortable that I want to wear it every day. I know it's supposed to be sportswear but it looks crisp and professional when styled with a blouse and belt would be perfect for the office and especially for business travel. It keeps it's pleats, doesn't wrinkle, and washes and air dries so quickly and easily. Please Please Old Navy offer this in more colors soon. A turquoise, scarlet red, and dark green options would be fantastic.
