This dress is very cute and would be perfect for work! It does have a slim fit though. I am a medium and can sometimes fit into a small at Old Navy. I ordered this in a medium and I was surprised that it was a little tight in the hip area. Going up a size would probably be too big on top.
Had high hopes for this dress as other reviews stated it was nice overall. I found the top to be too loose and arm holes too wide and as such would not stay without sliding. Sleeves are slightly poofy and might be overwhelming for some. I'm usually an xxs or xsp. The body fits great but top is too l...arge not for an average sized petite person.

I ordered an extra small petite. The dress fits perfectly. It's comfortable & you can wear it with both a cardigan or jean jacket or by itself. Perfect for summer date night or special summer events. It is also lined so you can't see through the white flowered dress
