These pants are surprisingly comfortable and are made of a ponte knit that is heavy enough to drape properly. I'm not sure I love the fabric as it doesn't seem as soft as my other ponte knit pants made by a different brand and they feel and look slightly shiny. While some young people may see these... pants as more of a dated style, as a mature woman, I still want to still be stylish but wear a less fitted or skinny pant. For me, the straight, wider leg is a flattering option that hides my true shape a bit by masking my thighs, and the ankle length means I can easily wear these with a kitten heel or a flat loafer. Finally, I was sooooooo happy to see that the waistband on these pants has been significantly improved this year. It's enclosed and sewn shut, eliminating the waistband "flip" that occurred when wearing last year's version.
The fit of these is actually awful compared to the OG Stevie Straight. The leg is VERY flared and it looks very awkward and boxy. The material feels cheaper. I really don't understand why they would change them when the old ones were perfect.

oldnavy.gap.comBought these in a Large tall and length was perfect for me (5'3"). They fit a bit snug for my liking so I exchanged for an Extra large and am happy with the look of them. Just a bit of a looser fit and the length was still perfect. I also have the wide leg version of these pants and going up a size in the straight leg gave me the same feel. I wash and hang, they come out beautifully. Highly recommend to give them a try :).

I wasn't sure if I'd like the cropped look but after trying them on I like the length a lot and preferred it! Def recommend, they're perfect to dress up & dress casual, and the material makes them comfortable. It's fitted but the waist is a little stretchy. I personally order a size up when pants are more fitted and for this material.

I ordered a petite, I'm 5'1 for ref, and I wasn't too sure if I'd like them cropped but after trying them on I liked the length a lot and preferred it! It sit's right in the middle of my ankle. It makes them look trendy, it's a type where you can dress up & dress casual. Def recommend! I would also say the gray color is more of a dark charcoal gray. But it works for styling with more.

I consider these a heavyweight pant - so comfortable. I got the Large and the length for me (5'3) was perfect, they rest on the top of my foot. Soft material, comfortable waist band and I love the seam that runs down the front of the pant. They can be dressed up or down. They wash up well (I hang dry) and no need to iron. Got these on sale. Great purchase - Highly recommend.
