Way too big

These pants are HUGE. I am typically a petite medium. I could have fit two of myself in these pants. The high rise is weirdly unflattering. They give a diaper bottom look. Returned.

I have just about every Old Navy pant with an elastic waistband, and these are definitely one of my favorite pairs. The sizing is a little weird, though. If you like your clothes extra roomy, stick with your usual size. Otherwise, I'd size down. I'm usually a large in Old Navy pants, but these felt big right out of the gate.
