Im 157lb and I ordered a large. It fit perfect. Not tight and not loose. Soft fabric and I liked that the collar lays flat when I buttoned to top button. Using this blouse for work. Looks good tucked in or out.

I also tried on the medium and it would have been an adorable over sized fit. The small is a bit tight on the hip for buttoning but that's not really my intent.
