I wanted to love this shirt - the colour (neutral stripe) was so cute, the petite length was perfect, torso section fit perfect, but the sleeves were so tight all the way down to my wrists that I couldn't even undo the button and roll them up. It was also tight on the shoulders. I don't know if I ju...st have linebacker shoulders or forearms like Popeye and nobody told me lol but I unfortunately had to return. I may try again in a size up to see if that will work for me.

Ordered in a size Large. Have owned many many Old Navy items and always wear a Large in tops. Laundered shirt once. The sleeves became ridiculously tight. Could not roll up to elbow and still bend my arms. Constrictive and annoying. Upper back has extra fabric which gapes unflattering. Will donat...e. Do not recommend purchasing this shirt

The sleeve length is a true long sleeve (last year when I bought these, the sleeve shrank to a 3/4 sleeve). I got the blue/white stripe and the pink plaid. I'm obsessed with the pink plaid, it's more of a smokey pink and will be great for fall. I can tell I'll be wearing these on repeat. I normally wear a 2X, but got the 3X to wear over tees.

These button ups are comfortable and are exactly what I had been looking for. I'm 5'4 at 140lbs and the large fits me how I like it, not too big and not too snug. These are also great with a tank top or cami under them.
