I definitely could have sized down to a small as it runs large. Length and sleeves are perfect though. Material is soft and not too heavy for spring.
I ordered based on the size chart. Bust and hips fit well but the arm sleeves are comically oversized. I don't even think going down 1 or 2 sizes would even fix how big they are. Looks like two flour sacks attached to the jacket body. I hope it was just a defect I received but this seems to be a rec...urring issue with Old Navy in the plus sizes. They are just not being scaled up properly. Just because I am plus size - it does not mean arms are the size of my thighs. Coat itself seems well made so it's a shame.

First I ordered an XXL, but was really big, so returned it. Exchanged for a L, which fit perfectly as jacket with light Tshirt under it. Love it so much I ordered an XL for spring/fall layering. The shade of green is lovely.

I love this coat and I've gotten so many compliments! This is the first time I ordered something in a petite size, and honestly, I only did because the large was sold out so quickly but being 5'2". it makes a difference and I'm so excited about this coat!

This is a great looking jacket, but I'm not sure how much use I'll get in the Florida summer (it has already started). It's heavier than I expected, but will keep it for the cooler weather. It's that attractive!

This jacket looks great on. I sized down to an XS because I wanted it more fitted. It is really big even when you use the drawstring waist. Love the green color and the weight of the material. The only con I found is the snap closure on the wrist is really big and loose I personally would like it tighter.
