Want to love but ripped immediately

Purchased the beautiful green in medium tall for extra length. I'm 5'4, 130lbs and the fit is perfect. Unfortunately, the seam up one side of the entire waistband ripped within the hour. If not for the rip, I love it.

This isn't latex super tight material. It's more of a soft feel. So it's stretchy and very comfortable.
