These shorts are a great style and cut for girls with long legs. My daughter is slender with long legs and needs a "long" in pants for length. These shorts are a great length! I did try them on my other daughter who is slender, but the looked too long and large. These truly work for those who require the extra length and are larger for those who do not have long legs.

My 10 year old doesn't usually like anything Jean material, but she loves these. They have a stretchy waste band and a relaxed feel. She is 4'7 and average size, the 10/12 fits well with a little room to grow. I'd say size down if slim. There is a tie on the front but it is not an actual drawstring.
