I'm so surprised by the positive ratings here. These pants are completely see through, which I can't understand as a good call for children. Because of the crocheted style, there is nothing you can wear under that makes them less sheer, unless you want to buy separate, flesh-colored shorts or pants as a bottom layer. We'll be returning them.
