Looked bigger in the picture smaller then expected

I bought 2 totes at the same time. Anna Sui tote should be smaller tote than the Spiderman tote. When I received it today both totes look exactly the same size ! I'm expecting a larger tote for the Spider-Man tote 18.5"(W) x 6" (D) x 14" (H) but it's only 14 inch W - which is so much smaller than the description. Super dissapointed

The tote looks large from the picture. It covers the whole back of the person. I bought it for a beach tote, but it's way too small. You can't put anything in it but lunch.
