I will preface this review by saying I'm a 38 year old Mom and Teacher and tall (5'9). That being said I respectfully disagree with most of the other reviews. I love these shorts. They are a nice length for work and Mom life while still being cute (I don't feel they are only for an older generation ...
I am size 6-8 and purchased a medium. I am swimming in them and will have to return. The material does feel decent quality and soft.

I wasn't sure about the cut of these at first, since they are quite wide around my legs, but the inseam is long enough that you aren't putting your undies on display when you bend over. And they're a great colour - I got the mauve - to go with lots of tops I already own. I predict I'll wear these a bunch, especially when I want to look more put together.
