I am size 6-8 and purchased a medium. I am swimming in them and will have to return. The material does feel decent quality and soft.

These are a bit more modest and very comfortable. They look nice and have a bit of a wider leg opening. Great, deep pockets. My kids will use these for band camp.

These are my go-to shorts now. I ordered them in black and love them so much I plan to purchase more colors. I like the high waist yet the shorts are still 6" so there is more coverage than other shorts.
