I'm 5 foot, 145 pounds, 34DDD, 4 months pregnant, and ordered the medium in brown (green was sold out. The dress fits great! It fits like a maxi dress on me which is perfect and hits right above the tops of my feet. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the dress is quite heavy (weight wise) and I'm worried about the straps stretching out and the material seems like it will pill easily. Since the dress doesn't have a pattern, it shows off my small bump already while other dresses still hide it. Suggestions for future maternity dresses is provide cute patterns and make the adjustable straps a little thicker. Very excited to wear this.

I am currently 23 weeks pregnant with twins. I weigh 192lbs and was 167lbs before I became pregnant. I am 5'6" tall and this dress is too big! I ordered a size XL since I am having twins and the dress is just too big overall. I suggest you order the size you would wear before being pregnant, that's my experience with Old Navy Maternity clothes so far.
