oldnavy.gap.comI'm usually a 6/8 but after reading the reviews I got a 10 and they fit just right. I would even venture to try the next size up for more room. The denim has no stretch but if you find the right fit, they're really great and I know I'll wear them a lot.

oldnavy.gap.comThese shorts fit true to size. I am 12 weeks with twins and not fitting in my regular shorts but don't have a huge bump yet either. Pre pregnancy I am a size 10 and the size 10 fit perfectly. The material is like a real jean rather than stretchy cheap fabric which I prefer.

I love the length of these shorts. They even look convincing as non-maternity as long as you wear a longer shirt. I will say, on my larger body, if you have a muffin top at all, these will let that spill out the side. Just the downside of rigid bottoms with the soft stretchy belly band.
