Short even though bought a tall

I did not get the impression this pullover was cropped. Bought a Large Tall size. It is short. Lovely soft feel and a very deep, classy black colour. Pairs very well with the bounce high rise fleece wide leg sweat pants. Undecided about keeping the pullover as it is short.

I like this hoodie with it's zip close pockets and comfort. I did order a tall for less of a cropped fit as I do with many ON styles. It fits true to size and I'm looking forward to wearing it all spring whether for a power walk or running errands. I got the pretty light blue color.
