It's truly 100% cotton. I sized up just for the look and it's perfect.
I purchased the navy version of this sweater. When it arrived in the mail, it absolutely stunk. The sweater looked beautiful on, but the smell is absolutely disgusting, made the whole house smell. Whatever they are using to protect the sweater in shipping is gross. Unfortunately, had to return.

I bought my usual size Small and it's perfectly oversized. I do see what others were saying about the neck being tight. It feels loose enough while wearing it, but make sure you put this on before applying any makeup because it is a little tight/tricky to get on! Super cute sweater!
