The pants are pretty great overall. I ordered my usual size and they fit pretty great everywhere. Only downside is the little band inside the rollover waist band right where the actual pant hits the band. It's quite a bit tighter than I expected and it kind of creates an unflattering squeeze/muff...in top when you wear the roll over up. It digs in a little, debating if I should cut a little slit into the band to release how tight it is. I have some of the non roll over (just high waisted full panel) jeans from old navy which don't have that and they're more smoothing, flattering & prevent the appearance of unwanted lines. Regardless they are a great black pair of pants to have in your wardrobe despite the little downside I listed above!

I bought it in size 4 which is my regular size. I'm only at 4 months and the band of the strech pannel is too tight for me. It presses on my belly.

I usually purchase the true skinny jeans from Gap, but saw the maternity version of those jeans had terrible reviews. On a search I found these with great reviews and decided to check them out. I like these as a skinny jeans solution for maternity wear over the WOW skinny jeans offered by Old Navy because these ones have more spandex in the denim blend, making them stretchier. This is great because I was a 10 pre pregnancy and throughout weight gain (21 pounds in 21 weeks) I can see that I am now a 12. However, I didn't know that when I purchased these in a 10 and they still fit! Sure, I'll have to purchase a size 12 here soon, but what I'm really excited about is that as I size back down postpartum, I have jeans that are comfy, cute, and stretchy and made to accommodate my changing body. I highly recommend these if you're an avid Gap shopper and miss comfy jeans. One important note! - I have a muscular build.

These fit great! Way better than other maternity jeans I've tried. Only note is that they have kind of a funky smell that didn't immediately come out after washing
