I bought this skirt for my 13 year old niece. She is average height for her age and slim. I bought Size L (10) and the skirt fits perfectly. There is a bit of give in the waist due to the elastic at the back of waist so she can still wear while she grows. The length is perfect and not too short. The colour of the denim is not too dark or too heavy so ok to wear in summer and fall. She is very happy with her skirt.
