I followed past reviewers' advice and sized down to 2x from my usual 3x, and it does fit perfectly, even over a large bust! I loved it so much that I ordered it again in another colour to see if I liked the other colour better, but now I'm stuck because I love both colours! The black is classic and ...instantly makes me look more put together, but the Moonlit brightens me up from my usual all-black-everything. Tough choice. Overall I highly recommend this beautiful cozy coat for fall days and even into winter (with layers—I live where the air hurts my face). Plus size friendly! And for once the arms of an Old Navy coat are not too short for my long arms!
I genuinely wanted to love this coat. It is a timeless piece that can be dressed up or down. However, it is extremely poor quality. It started pilling within the first two days of wearing it on my commute to work, and it only became worse by the end of the week, at which point I stopped wearing it. ...Life's busy, so I haven't had a chance to get rid of the pilling with a fabric shaver/razor. It will sit in the back of my closet for the foreseeable future, as I am too embarrassed to wear it as is.

My son told me it was time to stop wearing activewear when I go out, and he was right. Even if we don't like to admit it, first appearances matter. Needless to say, I bought this coat, and the black one, too! My son—who is very stingy with compliments and only gives them when deserved—kept telling me how elegant I looked. I appreciate that honesty. Both coats have received many compliments. Although I am currently at my heaviest, I am losing weight quickly (down almost 200 lbs), and the XL fits perfectly. I also bought a Large; it closes, but it's tight. This coat is very elegant, and since it was on sale, I had to buy a few."

Loved this beautiful coat. It was classy looking & the fabric was nicer than I expected. Unfortunately I did not order the correct size. My correct size was gone by the time the wrong size was delivered. But there is always next year. Thank You Old Navy! You help me dress within my budget and look nice also!
