I ordered a size medium. I am 5'9" tall, around a size 8. I absolutely love this dress, I find it to be very flattering, the fabric is a stiffer fabric. But honestly, it reminds me of some of the vintage fabrics I have. So it totally doesn't bother me, especially with the style of the dress. I find that it is well-made, definitely does not feel flimsy. Really love it. Cannot wait to wear it to a special. I buy clothes that are in this style in retro type shops fairly frequently. That are still new items of clothing. And they charge easily $150 for a dress like this, so I am stoked with this dress!

Okay, so I am going to return it, but it still deserves 5 stars. It fits nicely and looks gorgeous despite it not fitting my body like the model's. Even with their "plus size" models, they're nowhere near as big as I am, so it's tough to pick clothes online based on the ultra tiny youngsters they have while browsing. My brain did it though- it was like wait that could work on your body and imagined it. I was right! Looked great. The thing is that the material was gonna drive me nuts. I couldn't hang. And I couldn't do my plan of dressing it up or down- it was only dress up with this material. Like fancy prom level.

This pattern is gorgeous, and the dress overall is great quality. Thinking about adding some crinoline underneath for a retro vibe. Highly recommend!

I got this dress knowing it was 100% polyester but I was not expecting it to feel exactly like a raincoat or a raincoat shell. I suppose at least it won't stain easily and is kinda waterproof? Lol. I also think the price is far too high for a dress made of this material so I would suggest waiting until it goes on sale. That said, I do think the way the skirt lays and the pattern are very nice. I got it in a size small petite and the length is good for anyone under 5'2. I feel like I could have possibly sized down again because there is minor gaping under the arms and I wish the waist line was a bit lower (but that is probably just personal preference).

I know it looks cute, but the fabric is so. cheap. it sounds like a whindbreaker or plastic bag when you move. honestly it's not worth it, the quality is so bad.

This dress is super cute. It fits great. IT HAS POCKETS. But it feels – and worse – SOUNDS exactly like a windbreaker. I normally try to avoid polyester, but was willing to make an exception since this was cute and I needed something to wear to an upcoming event. I don't think I've ever come across polyester processed this way. It's very thick (to be fair this dress is probably extremely durable) but I just felt like I was wrapped in a high-quality plastic table cloth. Everything else about it is so great, but I just can't deal with the loud swishing every time I move or smooth my skirt to sit down. If it were a nice, thick cotton it would be 100% perfect. Sadly, it is being returned.

The fit and style are perfect. Pattern, great. The material is wild. Shower curtain. Makes a swish sound when walking like you have on a windsuit set. Returned. Skip this one.

The material on this is horrendous. It feels like a raincoat. Such a shame as the style and pattern are so so cute. Will be returning.
