I wanted to love this dress. The color is absolutely beautiful, and the overall style is so flattering. It has so much potential. There are a few design choices that really take away from it. For example the center front seam. It completely cheapens the look of what could have been a very elegant lace dress. With fabric like this, there's just no reason for a seam running straight down the front. It takes away from the entire design. The neckline is also off. The front sits too high, while the back dips too low, which makes the overall fit unbalanced. If I could find this same lace fabric, I would make this dress myself and leave the center front seam out entirely. It would make a huge difference.

The color is lovely, but the fabric isn't dense enough to give appropriate coverage. As another reviewer mentioned, I also found the front seam to be a poor design choice. Maybe this would work in the darker color, but I wasn't impressed enough with the material to try.

I buy all my dresses from Old Navy. This one felt like it was on backwards very odd! Also was very tight on chest area.
