This is fine to wear over dresses, so I will keep it. But the description is misleading. This is far from being a sweater - it is thin like a t'shirt. It's also cropped and definitely does not hit at the waist. I'm under 5'4 and it's cropped on me. This is not what I was expecting, since it's called a sweater.
