I'm 34 weeks pregnant currently and was able to pull the medium top over my belly, so I'm sure once I don't have the big belly this shirt will be big on me. Usually I'm 155-160 lbs 5'8", 36D, now I'm 200 lbs 38dd and still medium is loose in the chest area and goes over the belly. I will definitely exchange for a small to wear this beautiful shirt after the baby's arrival.
