Saw the other reviews. Navy tee is 100% cotton, lightweight fabric.

I purchased the red (100% cotton) and oatmeal (60 / 40 cotton poly mix). The oatmeal was a nice color but the fabric felt really scratchy and I would not have purchased it if I had known it was a cotton / poly mix. The red is a nice color, fabric is soft as expected with 100% cotton.

Oatmeal color is nice but it is not 100% cotton. Fabric on the cotton / poly mix is scratchy. Old Navy, please update the product description to indicate which colors are poly / cotton and which colors are 100% cotton. Would not have purchased a poly / cotton mix.
