I'm 6 ft tall and usually wear an XXL. I ordered an XL Tall and they pool on the floor (way too long) and XL is far too big. I'll try a Large next.
These pajamas are cute but I was under the impression I was ordering the set, not just the pants. The shirt isn't even being sold anymore. So annoying.

oldnavy.gap.comSeriously so soft with barely there thin material is the best combo for sleep wear. Runs large plus stretches a bit with wear and does not shrink so size down. Washed well with no shrinkage. I normally wear M in ON bottoms so I got M but bought again in S which was still pretty roomy. I hope they come out with more colors soon.
