measurements: 5'5, ~160lbs, 31in waist (usually size 12 in jeans, sometimes 10) for my first order, i ordered 3 pairs of jeans in size 12 and they were way too loose. i read a lot of reviews saying to size down 2 sizes, so i reordered 3 colours in a size 8 - the dark wash, the medium, and black. t...he dark wash is PERFECT, maybe a little snug (reviews say they'll stretch out) and a little long but i always wear platform shoes so it won't drag on the floor or anything. the black does fit but is very tight, likely due to the dye, so i will be returning it. the medium has really cheap looking whiskering and doesn't look like the photo so i'll be returning it as well, but it was the loosest of the 3. SO - if you're a size 12 like me, i'd say to go down to an 8 if you like a snug fit, or a 10 if you want them more comfortable/loose. if you're buying black, get the 10. if you're any shorter than 5'5, get the short length or else they'll drag. please like this review if it helped so others can see it!! #sweepstakes
My light wash jeans in this style were perfect. The size 6 fit was true to size and the long inseam was 33", as described. I ordered the same size in the dark wash and it fit exactly as I would expect a tall size to fit. a tad loser in the butt and thighs, but mainly the length was 35" to 36" which ...is what the description is for a TALL length, NOT a LONG length. The dark wash was an ugly color anyways. I really don't like the inconsistencies between washes and even sometimes the exact same pair of jeans in the same wash will be totally different. However, I am going to try to get the medium wash if it ever becomes available in my length. It's really great value for the price. Yes, the material is half the weight of a normal pair of jeans, but on the other hand, the weight doesn't cause them to fall down and they are the most comfy pair I have ever owned.

oldnavy.gap.comGood jeans for a truly curvy fit, small waist round backside. Love the black as a casual work staple - would love if they were also made in brown and khaki! Only slight drawback is the cuff seam differs from pant to pant on whether or not it wrinkles/folds up after washing.

You can't beat the price of these jeans. I'm 5'1" 135 pounds and got the size 4 short. I've been looking for a dark wash flare jean for a while and finally found them. They are high waisted and give good support.
