I purchase 4 pairs of these pants annually for my slim tall daughter. They look great with her uniform and the adjustable waist is perfect. I typically buy two flare, two straight. The straight cut has a very slim fit. The major downside is that it fades rather quickly and will shrink in the dryer.
I bought several of these pants.. and am very disappointed with the fake button closure.. It has a snap closure with a button sewn on top so that it appears as a regular button closure.. I understand the design is intended to help children open/close more easily but in fact the snap is too hard to c...lose and open for both my 4yr and 5yr kids. Sadly, with all these components stacked on to each other, it protrudes out and looks ridiculous. I bought online, had I been to the store, I would have looked for something else.. I bought this style last year and it had a real button closure and I had no issues other than premature wear on the knees.. but that's normal. The description doesn't disclose this design detail. (I work in the garment industry and in my opinion it's a poor design choice.)
