I'm around 145-150 lbs and around 5'9. I absolutely love these shorts. I bought a medium and they fit perfectly. They don't ride up when I run and the waist isn't loose so they don't fall down. Perfect running shorts.
I always took a medium in powersoft bottoms of any kind - shorts, skorts, crops, leggings...ordered a medium and I can get them on, unfortunately they're very tight around the waist. I am literally wearing medium crop leggings from a previous year in M as I type this. I stupidly cut off the tags whe...n I received the order, assuming they would fit the same.
