Inside seam let go after 3 wears

I was extremely excited about the fit and material of these leggings. I've washed them 1 time and just using as an everyday pant (not even worked out in them yet) and the inner seam has already ripped. I didn't dry them, and washed them with like fabrics the one time I did wash. Extremely disappoint...

They are very similar to the Offline leggings from AE for a fraction of the price. I prefer to go commando with these (sorry tmi) or else they start to feel like they are moving or falling down. Super comfortable with nice long pockets. I'm 4'11 130lbs athletic build and wear a size small.
