Really soft, stretchy material. Sizing is pretty accurate, a little on the roomy side.

Do not size up! I did and they are still wearable but they do slide down my belly. I am keeping them and not exchanging them because they are super soft and comfortable and I don't mind pulling them up every now and again. I am usually a medium and sized up to a large.
