I just received my "light wash slouchy wide leg" jeans and tried them on and they are the same width as the straight leg version. They are still extremely comfortable and the same fit on my waist. This are my favorite jeans of all time. I normally don't like jeans and don't wear them but these are so comfortable. I got my normal size so they are a bit slouchy and oversized. If you want a typical fit I would size down but I love them!
