While the fabric felt soft to the touch, it was not comfortable when worn. I found the material scratchy and it made my skin itch. Also, the knit is too loose to provide real warmth.

Very happy with sweater, very pretty on and the ruffle front adds a bit of elegance. Had to wash to take away the itchiness from wool content and washed and dried perfectly. I bought one in white.
