I followed past reviewers' advice and sized down to 2x from my usual 3x, and it does fit perfectly, even over a large bust! I loved it so much that I ordered it again in another colour to see if I liked the other colour better, but now I'm stuck because I love both colours! The black is classic and ...instantly makes me look more put together, but the Moonlit brightens me up from my usual all-black-everything. Tough choice. Overall I highly recommend this beautiful cozy coat for fall days and even into winter (with layers—I live where the air hurts my face). Plus size friendly! And for once the arms of an Old Navy coat are not too short for my long arms!
I genuinely wanted to love this coat. It is a timeless piece that can be dressed up or down. However, it is extremely poor quality. It started pilling within the first two days of wearing it on my commute to work, and it only became worse by the end of the week, at which point I stopped wearing it. ...Life's busy, so I haven't had a chance to get rid of the pilling with a fabric shaver/razor. It will sit in the back of my closet for the foreseeable future, as I am too embarrassed to wear it as is.

Moving to Europe and purchasing a wardrobe fit for a proper 33 year old woman and this fits the bill! Quality and a great length to dress up or down. Not super warm but great for layering with long sleeve shirt and scarf in fall. Can't wait to wear!

FOR THE PRICE...IT IS TERRIFIC. I got a size small because reviews said it was oversized. Yes, it is oversized. The Small fit me perfectly. I am very chesty (38DD) and I got it buttoned just fine. There is nothing flattering about this coat. but it is perfect to throw on for work, recess duty, or running an errand.
