I followed past reviewers' advice and sized down to 2x from my usual 3x, and it does fit perfectly, even over a large bust! I loved it so much that I ordered it again in another colour to see if I liked the other colour better, but now I'm stuck because I love both colours! The black is classic and ...instantly makes me look more put together, but the Moonlit brightens me up from my usual all-black-everything. Tough choice. Overall I highly recommend this beautiful cozy coat for fall days and even into winter (with layers—I live where the air hurts my face). Plus size friendly! And for once the arms of an Old Navy coat are not too short for my long arms!
I genuinely wanted to love this coat. It is a timeless piece that can be dressed up or down. However, it is extremely poor quality. It started pilling within the first two days of wearing it on my commute to work, and it only became worse by the end of the week, at which point I stopped wearing it. ...Life's busy, so I haven't had a chance to get rid of the pilling with a fabric shaver/razor. It will sit in the back of my closet for the foreseeable future, as I am too embarrassed to wear it as is.

The perfect coat for everyday wear! I love the oversized look and the length is perfect. It's not too heavy where it's feels like your holding a lot of material but at the same time the quality of the fabric is really good! The buttons are easy to take on and off and the pockets have a great depth. I would definitely suggest sizing down though.
