They are extra high waisted so I was hesitant about the sizing. Usually extra high waist in jeans seam to have a smaller space to get over the hips.....if you have fuller hips. I read in a review to size up because of the extra high waist. So I did go up a size as I'm an hour glass shape. I have ful...ler hips. I'm usually a size 6 but got the 8. Glad I did because they fit great ! So comfortable and stretchy and I love the length of them ! I'm 5 "4. and bought the regular length and they sit at the ankle like they say. Not a fan of the buttons but gave them a try. Also, with the size up I'm able to leave the bottom button done up and get them on easily. They really have a 360 stretch feel to them. The material isn't too thin either. Really great pair of jeans. So glad I got them. Now all they need to do is make them with a zipper ! Ni
I have loved these jeans for the past couple years. I was so excited to see new colours/Styles released so I ordered some. Quality control was clearly not present in their factory. I ordered an 18 & 20 in their Dark was - the 18 length was way longer than the 20 length. I also ordered the light dip ...- these jeans were nothing like the picture. Picture shows a solid colour however at the thigh to the knee my jeans were acid white which looks awful. Unfortunately I'll be returning both styles as they are not as expected. I wish Old Navy would make some solid colour jeans in this style with no rips.

oldnavy.gap.comI love the feel of these jeans and the pocket depth is very generous. However, I hate that the black wash doesn't come with a hem, like some of the blue washes do. After I washed the jeans for the first time, I had threads hanging off just waiting for me to catch my foot in. I had to hem them myself. These jeans also smell strongly of chemicals (likely the dye) that didn't come out after washing.
