The built in wrap skirt hits at the waist and gives that cinched in look without being tight or squeezing. I'm 5ft8, 150 and size 8-10 and ordered a medium.

I do find the breast lift is enough for me and I'm not concerned with the heavy duty supporting of my breast because I'm not doing a marathon swim. I'm just at the beach or on vacation. For me, this is exactly what I've been looking for.
