I am usually a medium or a large, but this time I got an XL and the shirt was still a little bit small. I would size 2 sizes up. I bought one in store and ordered 3 more colors online! BUT, the sizing does runs very small and the shirt is cropped. I am usually a true size small (5'8 125 lbs), in the picture I am wearing a medium regular.
