I've been really happy with the Old Navy Slim Built-In Flex Rotation Chino Shorts (5-inch inseam). Great fit, comfortable material, and hard to beat for the price. The only downside is the waist seems to run a little bigger than my usual size. Other than that, they're a great everyday short.
