The bottom of the pants flare out! In the pic it looks like they are tight like jeggings! They are not. I wish i took a pic before i donated them!

I love these Capris. They fit perfectly and the denim is good quality. They were 50% off, so I bought 5 more pairs. I wish they came in white. I ordered the Wow High Rise white jeans and will cut them off and make my own capris.
