Agree with others that pant is not a true mid rise pant. I went a size down which is normal for me in this style of pant. Weight of navy will be great as we head into warmer weather.
These run at least two sizes larger than my old navy barrel jeans! I am usually an 8tall, and ordered my regular size. Pictured are these and my jeans in the same brand and size. Also, these are listed as mid-rise on the website, but the tag says Extra High-Rise. Quality is fine otherwise, just very... inconsistent sizing and poor descriptions on the website.

I loved the fit and especially the little but of stretch to the jeans. I have bigger legs and it fit perfect for my body shape. The mid-rise works better for me also.
