Daughter loved this style with the under shorts/liner. I would say runs a bit small, like most old navy clothes, we got size 14 for a lean 10 yr old (56-57 inches, approx 95 lbs). Size 10/12 tends to run narrow/tight and the 14 has a little room to grow.
