The top is fitted but not unflatteringly so. The bottom split hits right at the top of my jean's zippers so I feel comfortable in it. For reference, I'm a size 14 in ON jeans and pants. I ordered a large and it is fitted but not too much so, if that makes sense. I would say it's TTS.
