My husband needed light weight pjs. He is 6'5";and these fit well. So hard to find decent fitting pajamas in tall. Very soft.

athleta.gap.com/For the ladies who are looking for a less wide leg than the women's pj's, these fit great. I would say just slightly tighter because there's less room in the hips, but if you're an L in the women's PJ bottoms I'd say you can go with L in the men's. Unless you want them baggy in which case go up a size.
