I read previous reviews prior to purchasing this item (I bought all 5 colours) & noted the comments on the generous sizing. I am between a L & XL so I bought them in size L but, if you're truly an XL, I would not suggesting buying a smaller size than you usually do. As I am in my late 60s, my bod...y is no longer shapely or firm so the loose fit is great for me plus I want them for hot Summer days. Happy with my purchase.
Got this for 50% off, so not as upsetting. Was looking for maternity dresses and came across this one, I ordered Small Tall, coz most of the reviews said that it's huge (usually Medium Petite in dresses), but I could have gone down to XS coz they're so enormous (yes, even with a pregnant belly) 😏 E...ven with tall, it still 3 inches above the knee (I'm only 5'1). I didn't find the fabric too soft either, but maybe after it's been washed it will be soft. Anyway, will be returning it. Just so glad I didn't order from the Maternity line of this certain dress, would have looked like a potatoe bag on me, probably even worse 😬

I did NOT expect that it would become my favorite thing to wear! The gauze material is lightweight and flowy, making it perfect for hot climates. And yay for natural materials! The pale blue is beautiful. I'm 6'2" and bought the tall. It's a tad short when I wash & dry vs hang dry (just above my fingertips), but I work from home, so the length is fine. I wear it as soon as it's been washed, and wish I could wear it on days when it's in the hamper. I ended up ordering 4 more, including a backup light blue since it's my favorite. This is the perfect dress to look put together while feeling like you're wearing pajamas.
