So the overall fit on these is lovely - just baggy enough, comfortable, would be great for warmer days. And the chocolate brown colour is fantastic! The black fit perfect but the russet moon despite being tagged the same size are HUGE. They also came loose in the shipping bag, had a bar code sticker over the tag barcode and red dot sticker on the leg as if they were returned and resold despite being completely wrong measurements. The color is really nice and out of stock not so that's disappoint. It really is a crap shoot with old navy. Sometimes you get totally different sizing and quality on two of the same item.

These are great. I wish old navy would restock all the colours, I've been waiting all spring to be able to buy more. I have two pair and I wear them at least once a week. I am 6' with a 36" inseam and the tall is the perfect length.

oldnavy.gap.comBought these on advice of a friend who worse them to Spain in the summer. I bought these and the cropped version. I ordered in XL, based on the size guide and that I normally wear a 14/16. The XL nearly fell off me. I exchanged for a L before my trip. Had to double the band size down to make the Large fit properly. That worked and they were super for a summer trip touring NYC. Incredibly comfortable and packed/traveled great. Easy to dress up for evening. Came home and ordered two more pair, this time hesitantly trying Medium. (In no other world am I a Medium! ) But I just tried them on and they fit perfectly. I'd try at least one size down from your regular size, but be prepared to go down two. I'm 5'4" and I think I'm pretty balanced top/bottom distance and the regular length was not too long. I could still wear with 1" soled sneakers.
